REL1_32 has been released. We'll wait about a month just to make sure there's no major bugs popping up and to give all the major extensions time to update.
Declining this. In the time since it was filed, further releases have happened, to the point MediaWiki is currently on 1.34 and gearing up for 1.35; our realistic upgrade path is either to upgrade to the most recent point release of 1.31 (1.31.8 as of time of writing), or to wait for and then jump straight to 1.35 (which will be the next LTS, hence the suggestion to ignore 1.34). Unfortunately that may be where our "easy" upgrade options end, due to our heavy reliance on Ext:Variables and Ext:Arrays, which are likely to stop working due to changes in the parser in 1.36.
Was waiting for this upgraded version of MediaWiki and finally, it arrives and it becomes easier for users to create and edit the webpage content. It is great for the help of students but a large community is using university assignment help for their projects and those who want to do their assignments quickly and impressive.
